Wie in de komende jaren beslist welke kritieke technologieën, grondstoffen en waardeketens in Nederlandse of Europese handen blijven, legt keuzes vast waar latere kabinetten decennia aan vastzitten. In een directie van ruim 50 fte die nu wordt opgebouwd, met een MT van vier, bepalen de eerste MT-leden hoe die keuzes gemaakt worden — niet alleen welke.
