Invest-NL steekt staatskapitaal in sectoren waar private financiers wegblijven — zo'n € 13 miljoen in startups voor alternatieve eiwitten, precies het financieringsgat waarop onlangs twee Nederlandse bedrijven strandden. Wie hier de risicomethodiek schrijft, beslist niet zelf over deals, maar bepaalt wel welke risico's als aanvaardbaar gelden. Dat werkt door in de hele portefeuille.
